... As Alba Signs A $400Mn Facility
Aluminium Bahrain BSC (Alba) announced on 14 June that it had signed an eight-year$400mn loan facility with a consortium of 21 local and international banks. The loan ispriced at 50bps above Libor and will finance Alba's planned construction of a petroleumcoke calcining plant, a seawater desalination plan, a jetty facility upgrade and otherworking capital requirements related to these projects.
