Kuwait's IPG Buys 40% Share Of Antwerp Refinery
The private Kuwaiti oil firm Independent Petroleum Group (IPG) announced on 13 Octoberthat it has bought a 40% share in the Dutch firm Petroplus Refining BV, the owner of the65,000 b/d Antwerp-based Universal Refinery.
