Japan's Chiyoda Wins Qafac Plant Construction Contract
The Qatar Fuel Additives Company (Qafac) has sent a letter of intent to Japan's Chiyoda Engineering Company informing it that it has won the contract, reportedly worth $425mn, for the construction of Qafac's projected MTBE/methanol plant at the Umm Sa'id industrial complex.
