Saudi Arabia has no intention of agreeing to any cutback from its currentproduction level of 8.4mn b/d at the forthcoming OPEC ministerial conference inVienna on 25 November, and is convinced that better production discipline withinthe framework of last September's OPEC agreement represents the most effectivemeans of strengthening prices in December and the first quarter of next year....
