Iran Blames Saudi Arabia for OPEC Deadlock
In an apparent riposte to the Saudi Oil Minister's statement (see above),Iranian Oil Minister Gholamreza Aghazadeh has accused Saudi Arabia of blockingprogress at the recent OPEC consultative meeting in Vienna for politicalreasons. At the same time, he has expressed optimism that an agreement withthe non-OPEC producers will be reached at the next conference in June, when heexpects that Saudi Arabia will bow to pressure...
