Egypt Gets $130mn World Bank Loan for Marine Habitat
Egypt will receive a World Bank loan worth $130mn which will be used toprotect the marine habitat along the Red Sea coast, it was announced inWashington on 18 December. The loan will be for 20 years and will support thedevelopment of water supplies, sewerage, solid waste collection and disposalfacilities for tourist resorts in the area.
