UN Compensation Commission Appoints Panel To Review Claims And RecommendPayments
The first panel of commissioners to examine claims and recommend payments ofcompensation for victims of Iraq's invasion of Kuwait was appointed last week bythe Governing Council of the UN Compensation Commission.
