Iran Plans Petrochemical Joint Venture with Kobe Steel
Iran and Japan have agreed in principle to form a joint venture for thecreation of a petrochemical complex on Iran's Qeshm island, the location of aplanned free zone and industrial city near the port of Bandar Abbas.
