Kuwait Considers Options for Financing Reconstruction Costs
In a statement published in the London-based daily Sawt al-Kuwait on 25 May,the Kuwaiti Minister of Finance, Mr. Nasir 'Abd Allah al-Rhudan, said that theKuwait Government has three options to secure the needed liquidity to financethe cost of the country's reconstruction program, which is now estimated between$20bn and $30bn as opposed to the initial estimates...
