Iraq and France Sign Second Rescheduling Agreement
France has agreed to reschedule an estimated $875mn owed by Iraq and due forrepayment during 1990. An agreement was signed in Paris in mid-July followingdiscussions led by Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Sa'dun Hamadi and the FrenchPrime Minister Michel Rocard.
