Japan Contributes to Moroccan Dam Construction
Japan has agreed to grant ¥550mn ($3.8mn) to Morocco for the purchase of equipment used in hill dam construction, according to an agreement signed on 9 March. This is the first contribution by Japan to Morocco's efforts to build one dam each year to improve agriculture and conditions in rural areas.
