Storm Clouds Gather over Latin American Debt
The Latin American debt crisis has rumbled back into life in recent weeks after attempts by the region's two principal oil-exporting debtors - Mexico and Venezuela - to make ends meet. Mexico is involved in some tough negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) which will not only provide new loans of $11.5bn but will provide the key to unlocking a further $5bn or so in new money...
