West Germany Provides Egypt $97mn in Loans and Grants
The West German government has agreed to provide Egypt around $97mn in loans and grants for 1986, according to agreements signed earlier this month during the visit of Mr. Hans-Dietrich Genscher, the West German Foreign Affairs Minister, to Cairo.
