Egypt To Sell 36.3% Interest In EFIC Fertilizer Company
Egypts Ministry of Investment on 22 August said it would sell the governments 36.2% interest in the Egyptian Financial and Industrial Company (EFIC), a fertilizer manufacturer, to a private investor or group of investors. The government is offering a block of 4,700,900 shares, valued at E394.9mn ($68.4mn) and said it preferred to sell the block by auction as of 3 October....
