Russian Tanker Released After Unloading Oil
The Russian tanker Volgoneft 147, which was seized by the US Navy in the Gulf two weeks ago, was allowed to set sail with its crew of 17 Russians and one Iraqi after it unloaded its contraband cargo of Iraqi oil in Oman.
