Investcorp Acquires 70% Of Helly Hansen
Investcorp, the international investment group, announced on 12 April that ithad signed an agreement to acquire 70% of Norwegian seagear and outdoor clothingcompany Helly Hansen from its joint owners, Aker RGI and Orkla of Norway.
