US Aid To Egypt

Egypt will receive a total of $266mn from the US under the terms of eight grantagreements signed on 28 September in Cairo. According to the Egyptian Minister of Statefor Planning and International Cooperation, Mr. Dhafir al-Bishri, Egypt has signed 28 USgrant agreements worth a total of $809mn in the year to date.
