The Arab Mining and Manufacturing Company (AMAM) - a Saudi companycapitalized at SR265mn ($71mn) and owned by some 74 founders including Mr. 'AbdAllah Muhammad Alireza (30%), the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (10%) andthe Organization for Saudi Insurance (10%) - will build a 264,000 ton/yearsoda ash plant in Jubail at a cost of some SR1bn ($267mn).
