Iraqi Crude Oil Payments to Yugoslavia and Poland
An economic accord was signed in Baghdad on 16 May whereby Yugoslavia agreedto renew a line-of-credit facility financing Iraqi purchases of Yugoslav goodsand contracts implemented by Yugoslav companies in Iraq (notably the Bekhma damin the northern part of Iraq).
