Egypt to Produce 52.5Mn Tons of Oil and Gas in 1990-91
Egypt's development plan for the fiscal year July 1990-June 1991 provides foran output of 52.5mn tons of oil and gas, up 1.4mn tons from the targeted outputof 51.1mn tons in the current fiscal year 1989-90 (MEES, 25 Dec. 1989/1 Jan.1990). The 1990-91 projected output comprises 44.1mn tons of crude oil (about865,000 b/d), 6.7mn tons of natural gas, 1.1mn tons of condensates, and 0.6mntons of LPG.
