British Energy Minister Says UK Helps OPEC
The UK Energy Minister, Mr. Cecil Parkinson, has put forward the somewhatodd proposition that Britain is helping OPEC's attempt to stabilize oil pricesat $18/B by reducing its output from the North Sea.
