Iraq Hits Three More Ships in Gulf

Continued Iraqi attacks against shipping in the Gulf this week have resulted in three further ships being damaged.

On 15 December the 237,040 dwt Greek-registered tanker Ninemia was struck by an Exocet missile at 27 degs. 50 mins. north, 50 degs. 54 mins. east, some 110 miles south south-east of Iran's Kharg Island oil terminal.
