Japanese Crude Imports Rise for First Time in Five Years
In 1984 Japanese imports of crude oil rose for the first time in five years, averaging 3,686,200 b/d as against 3,580,900 b/d in 1983. The following table shows figures for oil imports since 1979 (b/d):
