Baghdad Opens To Prospect Of Oil Contract Renegotiation
Iraq is considering renegotiating terms for the giant foreign operated upstream projects that are spearheading the countrys planned crude production capacity drive to over 12mn b/d in just seven years, Husain al-Shahristani, the countrys Deputy Prime Minster for Energy Affairs, told reporters in Paris on 7 April.
