Halliburton Again Accused Of Receiving High Fuel Payments
The US government is paying Halliburton an average of $2.64/gallon to import gasoline and other fuel to Iraq from Kuwait more than twice what others are paying to truck in Kuwaiti fuel, according to US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) documents quoted by The New York Times on 10 December.
