Chechen Bypass Done By Late April, Will Carry Kazak And Turkmen Crude
Russias Transneft has announced that the Chechen bypass section of the Baku-Novorossysk crude pipeline will be completed by the end of April and that the bypass is to be extended to the Russian Caspian seaport of Makhachkala in Dagestan in order to accommodate shipments of Kazak and Turkmen crudes.
