Suez Canal Income Down 2.7% In First Half 1997
The Suez Canal revenues fell by 2.7% to $901.3mn in the first half of 1997 from$926.2mn in the corresponding period of 1996, according to figures compiled by MEESfrom the monthly bulletins of the Egyptian Cabinet's Information and Decision SupportCenter (IDSC) - see table below.
