Catalytic Reforming Unit to be Added to Skikda Refinery
Algeria's state-owned refining company Naftec has awarded a $200mn contractto Japan's JGC and C. Itoh for the construction of a 30,000 b/d (1.6mntons/year) catalytic reforming unit at the Skikda refinery, as well as productstorage tanks. The new unit, which will use naphtha for feedstock, is scheduledfor completion at end-1992.
