Sudan Receives Food Aid Supplies from the US and Italy
The US has agreed to provide a soft loan worth $57.7mn to Sudan to purchase309,000 tons of wheat and 73,000 tons of flour, according to an agreement signedon 12 March. The loan is to be repaid over 40 years, including a grace period of10 years.
