KFAED Lends $235mn in FY 1984/85
The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) made 20 loans worth a total of KD67.4mn ($235mn) during FY 1984/85, a drop of 36% from the previous year (MEES, 10 June 1985), according to the Fund's twenty-third annual report. Net lending (loans made minus loan repayments) totalled KD87.82mn ($306.09mn). Five loans to Arab countries accounted for 31.9% of KFAED's 1984/85 disbursements, with Asian countries...
