Irans External Debt Rises Again
Irans total external debt on 22 September 2002 (the end of the first half of the Iranian year 1381 starting on 21 March 2002) rose by $852mn to $8.338bn up from $7.486bn on 21 June 2002, according to statistics published by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) in its latest quarterly bulletin, Economic Trends.
