Egypt and Soviet Union Sign $855mn Trade Protocol
Egypt and the Soviet Union signed a protocol in Cairo on 16 Decemberproviding for two-way trade worth 600mn ($855mn) in 1987, representing a 20%increase over the 1986 trade figure.
