Libya and Bulgaria Sign Oil Barter Agreement
Libya and Bulgaria signed a new barter agreement on 15 February for increased shipments of Libyan crude oil to Bulgaria in exchange for industrial products, according to the official Bulgarian News Agency. The accord calls for increased cooperation in the construction of agricultural and light industry projects in Libya. No further details were available.
